My Role at Interlink 

I currently manage our U.S. team while actively recruiting for positions ranging from Associate to Partner level within Private Practice. I believe it’s crucial to get to know my clients on a personal level. This not only helps me match candidates with the right skill set but also ensures they’re a cultural fit for the office, leading to a rewarding and successful career at the firm.

Why Interlink?

When I joined Interlink, I was also studying part-time at The Open University, pursuing a law degree. Although I’m enjoyed my law studies, I wanted a client-focused, challenging role where I could continue to build relationships and improve my communication skills. Interlink turned out to be the perfect fit for me.

Outside of Work

I relocated back to Manchester after spending three years in London. Prior to that, I spent several years traveling around Europe and Australia, so I would say traveling is definitely one of my passions, and I try to get away as much as possible although I’m happy to be back up North with my friends and family.
