My Role at Interlink

I am a Legal Recruitment Consultant working within our USA team, specialising in the Texas market. My responsibilities involve cultivating strong partnerships with clients while identifying optimal roles that align with their needs. 

Why Recruitment?

Upon graduating in 2023, I transitioned directly into sales. The insights and experiences I gained in this field have served as a significant motivator to pursue a career in recruitment. During my time in sales, I developed a keen understanding of client needs and the importance of fostering strong relationships - skills that seamlessly translate to the recruitment sector. 

The combination of relationship-building and strategic thinking inherent in both sales and recruitment has inspired my decision to make this career transition. 

Outside of Work

In my free time, I enjoy working out, attending concerts, and spending quality time with friends and family.
