My role:

I am a Principal Consultant at Interlink, working within our U.S. team with a focus on roles in Texas. My expertise lies in matching candidates with their ideal law firm and helping our clients find the right talent for their teams. I believe it's essential to align candidates' skills and personalities with the right firm, ensuring they have a fulfilling and successful career at their new company. 

Why Interlink:

After graduating from the University of Leeds with a degree in Social Policy, I worked at a technology and software start-up. Although I achieved numerous targets and enjoyed the role, I was seeking more responsibility. That’s when I discovered Interlink. Through conversations with various team members, I realized that legal recruitment was the perfect career path for me, particularly because it allows me to use my interpersonal skills to help candidates land their dream roles.

Outside of work:

Football is a huge part of my life, particularly Chelsea FC. I’m often watching a match or catching up on highlights. Outside of that, I love socializing on the weekends and making time to hit the gym whenever I can.
