MY ROLE AT INTERLINK

I specialize in legal recruitment across the United States at Interlink Talent Solutions. My role is all about understanding the unique needs of both our clients and candidates to ensure the best possible match across a variety of legal practice areas. I’m dedicated to delivering top-tier service and building meaningful, long-term relationships. By taking the time to understand the nuances of every opportunity, I help candidates find the right environments to grow, while helping firms build high-performing legal teams that reflect their values and goals.

WHY RECRUITMENT?

My career path has always been driven by a passion for progressive change, diversity and inclusion, and human rights. After graduating from one of the world’s top drama schools, I developed strong skills in leadership, public speaking, and relationship-building through international performance work. While I started out in Film and Theatre, I realized my true strengths lay in helping others find purpose and direction in their careers. With a background in mentoring, coaching, and team leadership in creative events and hospitality, I bring a wide range of transferable skills to the table. Legal recruitment allows me to combine those strengths in a dynamic, people-focused industry—while continuing to champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in meaningful ways.

OUTSIDE OF WORK

Outside of work, you’ll probably find me checking out new coffee shops, browsing independent bookstores, or catching live music. I love Pilates, spin classes, and heading to the theater whenever I can. Before moving to Manchester during the pandemic, I spent five years living in London, and I recently returned from a stretch in Melbourne, traveling up the east coast of Australia. But honestly, nothing beats being back home—hanging with my dog and tossing around a cricket ball. That’s the good stuff.
