My Role at Interlink
I’m an Associate Director here at Interlink and as a Legal Recruitment Consultant, I cover the London region, mainly in the disputes market up to Partner level Lawyers. I’ve successfully placed Solicitors in various firms ranging from small boutiques and start-ups to elite to International/US heavy hitters. Although we’re based in Manchester, I regularly travel down to London to meet clients and candidates over a coffee and sometimes a cheeky beer.
Why Interlink?
Before joining Interlink in 2019, I studied anatomical sciences at the University of Manchester and achieved a first-class honours degree. Most of my time was spent in the laboratory where I conducted numerous human cadaveric dissections. Shortly after graduating I threw myself into teaching where I supported lower ability students, independently leading activities and interventions at a handful of secondary schools. I regularly helped carry out sensory and Lego therapy sessions and worked one-to-one alongside children with special educational needs. The sole reason why I got into recruitment in the first place was because of my friends. They all thought I should put my gift of the gab to some good use and here we are!
Outside of Work
I spend most of my free time either at the gym weight-lifting or training at my Brazilian Jiu Jitsu club. On the weekends I love a good jam with my mates on the acoustic guitar. I’m a terrible singer but I try my best!
