My Role at Interlink 

I’ve been with Interlink for over 9 years, and in that time, my role has evolved significantly. I manage several back-office functions, one of which is supporting our consultants with administrative tasks like formatting resumes, posting job ads, managing schedules, and providing technical support. I’m also responsible for managing our database and serve as our GDPR officer. I make sure that all stats are accurately logged by consultants in the system and maintain records to generate weekly reports for our Directors. Additionally, I help create, proofread, and update content for our website.

I also handle all internal recruitment. This includes sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, setting up new starters, and conducting first-day inductions. If you're interested in a position at Interlink, feel free to reach out to me!

Why Interlink?

I’ve been in recruitment for 10 years. I started my career as an apprentice Administrator with a national industrial recruitment firm, and after completing the apprenticeship, I moved into a full recruitment role. After a year, I realized my strengths were in back-office support, so I transitioned back into an administration role. I chose Interlink because the role aligned with my experience, and the company offers a supportive and enjoyable work environment.

Outside of Work

At the office, I’m known as the “crazy cat lady” — I have 3 adorable mackerel tabby cats who mean the world to me. When I’m not at home spending time with my little family, I enjoy getting lost in long walks, diving into art projects, or getting absorbed in the latest video games.
