November is off to an amazing start at Interlink Talent Solutions with the promotion of four members of the team.

Here at Interlink, we strive to promote everyone's potential and so it is always great to see talented Consultants reach new heights as they achieve success in their roles and continue to climb the ranks.

Siobhan Murray – Managing Consultant (Southern GB)

Siobhan joined Interlink Talent Solutions just over a year ago as a Legal Recruitment Consultant in the Regions Team and quickly made an impact. Soon, she was promoted to Senior Consultant (Southern GB) and is now taking on a new role and greater responsibility as Managing Consultant (Southern GB).

Rhian Thompson – Managing Consultant (Northern GB)

Rhian's past year as part of the Interlink within the Regions Team has seen her go from strength to strength. She too enjoyed success as a Senior Consultant (Northern GB) and is about to embark on a new role as Managing Consultant (Northern GB).

Alex-Jay Blackledge-Murphy – Managing Consultant (Yorkshire and the Humber)

Having joined Interlink at the start of 2022, Alex-Jay's rise to Managing Consultant (Yorkshire and the Humber) is an impressive achievement. He will take on the huge potenital that the North East England legal market holds.

Thomas Crea – Head of Tri-State Area 

Thomas started as a Legal Recruitment Consultant at Interlink shortly after graduating university and has seen amazing success over three years at the company. This moves marks a big change, as he will be going from leading the Regions Team to entering an entirely different legal market at Head of Tri-State Area within the International Team.
